My History
I Started my apprenticeship with Rollason Aircraft & Engines in August 1980 at Shoreham Airport.
I was taught in the old school ways of aircraft engineering and have kept to the tradition of quality workmanship at all times with a realistic sense of modern day costs.
My aim is to provide my engineering abilities to keep this tradition alive in a modern way and taking advantage of all that new technology has to offer.
I am EASA & BCAR-A-B-C licensed for piston engined aircraft up to 5700KG
and for supercharged piston engine overhaul up to 500KW, under 'D' Licence.
My Capabilities
I can provide contract work or ad-hoc repairs, for most piston engined aircraft old or new and have my own, equipped Transit van to travel the United Kingdom and Europe.
Piston engine and accessories overhaul, maintenance, troubleshooting and tuning.
Magnetos are my specialty and I can custom manufacture ignition harnesses.
I can TIG weld and manufacture workshop tools, stands and equipment.
I am seeking CAA approval for aircraft welding of Aluminium, Steel and Stainless steel.
